1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) describe the conditions for accessing and using the website at rimawax.com, including its pages and materials (the “Site”). The visitor-use agreement is between you and Rima Media LLC alone, as the Site’s operator and publisher (the “Operator”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer exclusively to Rima Media LLC.

Jesse Charlie LLC is the domain and intellectual property owner. It is not a party to the visitor-use agreement with Rima Media LLC and undertakes no website operating obligation under these Terms. It receives only the express protections described below. Rima Wax LLC is a separate possible salon service provider described in Section 5; identifying it on the Site does not make it a party to this visitor-use agreement.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. If you are a minor, use the Site with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement where required by law.

2. Ownership and separate company roles

Jesse Charlie LLC owns the rimawax.com domain and the Site’s intellectual property, subject to the third-party rights identified below. Rima Media LLC is the Site’s sole operator and publisher. Rima Media LLC undertakes the website operating obligations under these Terms, including publication, advertising, updates, access administration, and any website communications it receives.

Jesse Charlie LLC’s ownership and beneficiary status do not create an undertaking under these Terms to publish, edit, host, maintain, monitor, secure, or support the Site, manage Rima Media LLC’s activities, or provide salon services. Rima Media LLC’s use of the domain or intellectual property does not transfer ownership of those assets to it or to visitors.

These Terms do not appoint any company as another company’s agent, authorize one company to bind another, create a partnership or joint venture between the companies, or make one company assume, guarantee, or pay another company’s promises, contracts, debts, or operating obligations. They do not themselves create, amend, or replace an intercompany licence, service agreement, indemnity, or guarantee. This allocation concerns what these Terms create; it does not displace legal responsibility arising from an entity’s own conduct or an actual relationship established under applicable law.

Except for materials belonging to third parties, the Site’s original text, photographs, graphics, branding, designs, layouts, and code are owned by Jesse Charlie LLC. Third-party trademarks, recordings, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable permissions or law. Copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws protect these materials.

No ownership interest or right to use a name, logo, or other mark is granted by visiting the Site. Any permission to reuse materials owned by Jesse Charlie LLC beyond what these Terms or applicable law allow must be granted in writing by Jesse Charlie LLC or a representative it has authorized to grant that permission. Silence or a failure to object does not grant additional permission.

Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Copyright, trademark, and other rights and remedies provided by law exist independently of these Terms and are not surrendered if a contractual provision is found unenforceable. Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

3. Permission to use the website

While you comply with these Terms, Rima Media LLC permits you to browse the Site and save or print reasonable portions for your own personal, noncommercial reference, including planning a visit or learning about the services described, only to the extent Rima Media LLC is authorized by the relevant rights holder to grant that permission. Keep any ownership notices with your copies. This permission is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and does not permit resale or licensing of Site materials. It does not grant rights in third-party materials beyond what the relevant rights holder or applicable law permits.

Subject to that same limit on Rima Media LLC’s authority, ordinary public search engines may index public pages and display reasonable excerpts solely to provide search results linking back to the Site, subject to applicable access restrictions. This permission does not extend to selling or licensing collections of Site content or redistributing full copies of Site materials. Activities permitted by applicable law remain permitted.

Unless the law permits otherwise or the relevant rights holder gives written permission, you may not republish, sell, substantially reproduce, modify, or distribute Site materials, create derivative works from them, or use them to imply an endorsement or affiliation. You may share a link to a public page if you do so lawfully and do not misrepresent a relationship with Rima Media LLC, Jesse Charlie LLC, or an advertised service provider.

4. Prohibited conduct

Use the Site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting systems, or information that is not intended for you; bypass access controls or a restriction on your access; or interfere with security measures.
• Introduce malicious software, disrupt availability, overload infrastructure, or interfere with another visitor’s use of the Site.
• Use automated collection tools to extract or republish Site materials without permission, except for the public search indexing expressly permitted above and activity permitted by law.
• Impersonate another person, Rima Media LLC, Jesse Charlie LLC, or an advertised service provider; send fraudulent or abusive communications; or use the Site to facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, remove ownership notices, or present the Site within another service in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship.

5. Salon and service information

Waxing and salon services described or advertised on the Site may be performed by Rima Wax LLC. Rima Wax LLC is an independent service provider and a separate legal entity, unaffiliated with Rima Media LLC and Jesse Charlie LLC. It is not a subsidiary, affiliate, partner, agent, or joint venturer of Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC. Neither Rima Media LLC nor Jesse Charlie LLC owns, operates, manages, or controls Rima Wax LLC or performs its salon services.

Rima Media LLC publishes and operates the Site independently. Rima Media LLC and Rima Wax LLC do not jointly plan, direct, or coordinate advertising campaigns, marketing activities, or salon operations, and do not act as advertising partners, agents, or joint venturers. Publishing information or advertising about services that Rima Wax LLC may perform does not by itself establish a joint advertising campaign or an advertising-agency relationship with Rima Wax LLC.

The Site provides general information about Rima Wax, including waxing and brow services, hours, location, and ways to contact the salon. Hours, availability, descriptions, and other details may change or contain an error. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the salon before relying on it. A reference to walk-ins does not guarantee immediate service or availability at a particular time.

The Site does not itself process purchases, accept payments, or confirm appointments. Calling, texting, or following a link does not by itself create a confirmed booking or a contract for treatment. Any service arrangement, price, cancellation rule, or consent requirement must be agreed with the service provider separately. These Terms concern website use and do not replace any agreement with the salon or establish Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC as the provider of an in-person treatment.

The provider that performs a salon service is responsible for that service and its own personnel, treatment decisions, and service agreements. Neither Rima Media LLC nor Jesse Charlie LLC provides, supervises, or guarantees services performed by Rima Wax LLC. Identifying Rima Wax LLC as a possible provider does not give it enforcement rights under these Terms or authorize it to bind Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC.

Names, photographs, service descriptions, and links identify the subjects of the publication; their appearance alone does not appoint those subjects to act for Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC. Salon telephone numbers, messaging links, addresses, and map links identify the advertised provider or location, and are not designated by these Terms as legal-contact or notice channels for Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC. These statements of separate roles do not exclude responsibility imposed by law on any company for its own statements, acts, or omissions.

Website content is not individualized medical advice or a determination that a treatment is suitable for you. Discuss relevant sensitivities, medications, and health concerns with the service provider and, when appropriate, a qualified healthcare professional before receiving a service.

6. Links and third-party services

Links may open services such as YouTube, Google Maps, Apple Maps, or your device’s telephone or messaging application. Those services are provided by independent parties. Their availability, content, directions, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those parties.

Rima Media LLC publishes these links as part of its operation of the Site. A link does not by itself mean Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC endorses every statement or offering on the linked service, or authorize that service to act for either company. Review the terms and privacy information of a service you choose to use. Your carrier or provider may charge for calls, texts, or data.

7. Privacy and communications

The Site does not require a visitor account or provide an online payment or message-submission form. Website hosting and network providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the Site. Opening an external service or contacting the salon takes your interaction beyond the Site and may involve the practices of that provider or recipient.

Duties arising from Rima Media LLC’s own processing of visitor information remain its duties as Operator. These Terms do not appoint Jesse Charlie LLC or Rima Wax LLC to perform those duties or make either company jointly responsible for that processing merely because it is named on the Site. Any responsibility imposed by applicable law because of a company’s actual data practices remains unaffected.

Send only information reasonably necessary for your inquiry, and avoid sending payment credentials or sensitive medical information through ordinary text messages. Internet and mobile communications carry security risks. Merely visiting the Site or using a call or text link does not constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or promotional text messages.

8. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions about the Site to Rima Media LLC, you retain ownership of your original submission and permit Rima Media LLC to use the suggestions to evaluate and improve its operation of the Site without an obligation to pay you. This permission is given to Rima Media LLC alone; it does not designate Jesse Charlie LLC or Rima Wax LLC as a recipient or website collaborator. It does not authorize publication of your personal contact details or use of your name or likeness in advertising. Do not send confidential business proposals or material you lack permission to share.

9. Website disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, Rima Media LLC provides the Site and its materials “as is” and “as available.” Rima Media LLC does not warrant that the Site will always be accessible, accurate, complete, secure, free of harmful code, or compatible with every device, or that every error will be corrected. To that same extent, Rima Media LLC disclaims implied warranties concerning the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Jesse Charlie LLC’s domain and intellectual property ownership does not create a promise under these Terms to provide or operate the Site. To the extent allowed by law, Jesse Charlie LLC separately disclaims implied warranties concerning visitors’ use of its domain and Site intellectual property, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. This protection does not make it a co-publisher or an obligor for Rima Media LLC’s operating promises.

These provisions concern website use and do not disclaim any warranty or obligation for an in-person service that applicable law protects. They do not override an express obligation a company actually undertakes in a separate agreement or a duty that applicable law does not allow it to disclaim.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rima Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Subject to the same limits and exceptions, Jesse Charlie LLC has that exclusion separately for website-related claims made against it in its capacity as domain or intellectual property owner. These exclusions include losses of profits, business opportunities, or data resulting from website interruptions or reliance on website materials.

Each company invokes its own protection for a claim against it. These provisions do not pool liabilities, create a joint undertaking or cross-guarantee, or make either company responsible under these Terms for the other’s conduct or obligations. Subject to the exceptions below, the exclusions apply whether a claim is based on contract, tort (including ordinary negligence), or another legal theory, and whether or not the company against which the claim is made was advised that the loss might occur.

These limitations apply only to website-related claims. They do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights or release a service provider from responsibility for an in-person treatment. If applicable law does not allow a particular exclusion, that exclusion does not apply to you.

11. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Rima Media LLC for its own reasonable losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

Separately, to the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Jesse Charlie LLC for its own reasonable losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from a third-party claim caused by your infringement or unauthorized use of its domain or Site intellectual property. This limited protection concerns Jesse Charlie LLC’s own property interests and does not make it a participant in Rima Media LLC’s publishing or other operations.

Each reimbursement obligation applies only to the extent the claim and loss are attributable to your conduct. You are not required to cover the requesting company’s negligence or wrongful conduct. Recovery is conditioned on reasonable notice of the claim, a reasonable opportunity for you to participate in its defense, and your consent to a settlement imposing an admission, payment, or other obligation on you; that consent must not be unreasonably withheld. The same loss may not be recovered twice.

This section creates only the stated visitor reimbursement obligations. It does not create an intercompany duty to defend, indemnify, reimburse, insure, or guarantee another company, or authorize one company to administer or settle another company’s claims.

12. Availability and access

Rima Media LLC may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue Site features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Rima Media LLC may restrict access reasonably believed to involve misuse or a security threat, subject to applicable law. Continuous access and permanent availability of any particular content are not guaranteed. These are operating functions of Rima Media LLC; no obligation to perform them is assigned to Jesse Charlie LLC or Rima Wax LLC by these Terms.

If your access ends, permission to use the Site ends as well. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property protections, applicable liability provisions, and dispute provisions, remain effective for earlier conduct.

Rima Media LLC may pursue remedies available to it for violations of its visitor-use agreement or unlawful interference with its website operations. Jesse Charlie LLC separately retains remedies available to it for infringement or unauthorized use of its own property rights. Either may request an injunction or other equitable relief for its own claim from a court with jurisdiction, subject to the applicable evidence and legal requirements. These Terms do not establish an automatic entitlement to an injunction or authorize either company to enforce or settle the other’s claims.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and disputes arising from your visitor-use agreement with Rima Media LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law, together with applicable United States federal law.

Subject to mandatory law, you and Rima Media LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state courts located in Michigan or federal courts located in Michigan that have subject-matter jurisdiction for proceedings concerning these Terms or your use of the Site, including contractual and noncontractual claims between you and Rima Media LLC. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If Jesse Charlie LLC invokes a provision expressly made for its benefit, the same governing-law and forum provisions apply to that dispute to the extent permitted by law. This limited enforcement right does not make Jesse Charlie LLC an operator or a party to Rima Media LLC’s operating undertakings. This section does not amend a separate intellectual property or salon-service agreement or impose a forum obligation on Rima Wax LLC merely because its services are advertised.

Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration, waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived, or deprives a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent court.

14. Changes to these terms

Rima Media LLC may revise its visitor-use Terms as the Site or applicable requirements change. The version on this page identifies its effective date. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where appropriate or legally required, an additional notice. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date; they do not retroactively alter an existing dispute or accrued rights. Posting a revision cannot itself impose a new operating obligation on Jesse Charlie LLC or Rima Wax LLC, grant rights Rima Media LLC lacks authority to grant, or amend an independent agreement between other parties.

Please review the Terms periodically. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance to the extent allowed by law. If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a change, that change will apply only after the required consent is obtained.

15. General provisions

These Terms are the complete visitor-use agreement between you and Rima Media LLC concerning the Site, except for a separate written agreement that expressly identifies a modification and is accepted by Rima Media LLC and the other affected contracting party. An agreement with Jesse Charlie LLC about its property governs only that agreement’s parties and subject matter; it does not, by itself, change Rima Media LLC’s operating obligations. An agreement with Rima Wax LLC, another salon service provider, or another third party likewise governs only its own parties and subject matter and does not authorize its parties to bind Rima Media LLC or Jesse Charlie LLC.

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. No waiver of a violation is a waiver of a different or later violation.

Jesse Charlie LLC is an intended third-party beneficiary only of the protections expressly provided for its benefit: its ownership and separate role in Section 2; the restrictions protecting its property in Sections 3 and 4; its own disclaimer and liability protections in Sections 9 and 10; its limited reimbursement right in Section 11; its own property remedies and the survival of those protections in Section 12; the dispute provisions applicable to its enforcement in Section 13; and this beneficiary provision. It may enforce those protections subject to their conditions and applicable law. This status does not make it a contracting operator, co-publisher, guarantor, or obligor for Rima Media LLC’s promises.

Rima Wax LLC does not receive third-party beneficiary or enforcement rights merely because its services are described on the Site. No other person is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms. The Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship with a visitor, amend a separate agreement, or extinguish an independent right or obligation imposed by law.

The Site is intended for users seeking information about services in Michigan, USA. If you visit from elsewhere, you remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use. Nothing in these Terms excludes protections that applicable law requires us to provide.
